Cassandra is the Director of Client Operations (Private) and is an indispensable member of the COI Design group.

She oversees virtually every aspect of the actual project management leaving the design team free to concentrate on creativity and client service.

Cassandra manages and coordinates the services of all tradespersons and suppliers, supervises the scheduling of those tradespersons, handles shipping and receiving of all goods, and oversees warehouse management and inventory to ensure timely delivery and install.
